Dishwasher door will not stay open
Issue
- Dishwasher door will not stay open
Applies to
- Integrated Dishwashers
Resolution
The automatic closing of dishwasher doors, which do not yet have the furniture front installed, is a normal and expected phenomenon. This is the result of the spring mechanism located at the door hinges.
For built-in dishwashers that do not yet have the furniture front attached, it is not possible to test the proper functioning of the doors.
WARNING! The recommended weight of the furniture front is between 2 and 7 kg. Detailed information about the recommended weight of the furniture front can be found in the installation instructions provided with the dishwasher.
