Resolution
What does error code i60, i61 or i69 mean?
Error codes in the i60 group indicate a problem with the water temperature in the appliance. This may mean:
- the temperature of the water supplied to the dishwasher being too high,
- temperature sensor fault,
- a problem with the heating system.
How should I respond to i60 / i61 / i69 errors?
1. Make sure the water inlet temperature does not exceed 60°C at the connection point, as this will adversely affect the enzymes in the detergent and may result in poor washing performance.
2. Reset your appliance:
- Remove the plug for the dishwasher
- Check your dishwasher filter and sump (see below) for signs of foam, suds and debris
- Make sure you clean all the filters
- Clear any foam/suds from the sump area
- Plug it back in. Turn on the dishwasher, select a suitable cycle and start it.
- If the cycle starts and operates normally, the problem has been resolved.
If none of the above steps resolve the issue, we recommend booking a service visit with an authorised technician.
