Resolution

1. Treatment of stainless steel before installation:

• Remove the thin, protective film (if applicable).
• Clean the surface with a cleaning spirit to remove any remaining solvent from the glue. Clean along the grain of the steel.
• Wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
• Wipe down with a clean dry cloth.
• Polish with a steel care product. Always polish along the grain of the steel.
• Afterwards, polish with a clean dry cloth to remove any excess steel care product/oil. Polish again along the grain of the steel.

2. Treatment of stainless steel during use:

• Wash with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
• Wipe down with a clean dry cloth.
• Polish with a steel care product. Always polish along the grain of the steel.
• Afterwards, polish with a clean dry cloth to remove any excess steel care product/oil. Polish again along the grain of the steel.

3. Treatment of aluminium:

• Clean the surface with a solution of soap and water.
• If thorough cleaning is necessary, make a mixture of alcohol and cleaning chalk.
• Apply directly with a cloth.
