Dishwasher door shifts up during a wash cycle
Resolution
Issue:
- Dishwasher door shifts up during a wash cycle
Applies to:
- Integrated dishwasher
- Freestanding dishwasher
Resolution:
1. Contact the installer.
If your integrated dishwasher has been installed recently, the door panel may be too heavy, or the appliance may not have been installed correctly.
2. Check and, if necessary, wash out the spray arms, and clean the filters at the bottom of the unit in accordance with the user manual before using the appliance again.
If the appliance has been installed correctly, the problem may be blocked or clogged spray arms.
3. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
If your dishwasher is not integrated or recently installed, the dishwasher must be inspected and repaired by an engineer.
