Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

HOW TO REPLACE THE PLASTIC HINGE

1. Open the metal panel

2. Unfix the metal panel from the housing of the cooker hood.

on the right side of the panel, shift the moving pin (marked in red) to the left and remove the hinge from the metal slot of the housing (marked in green)

on the left side of the panel remove the hinge from the metal slot of the housing (marked in green), by shifting the panel to the right.

3. Remove the protective foam from the panel.

4. Unfix the screw of the plastic hinge with the use of screwdriver with bit PH1.

5. Remove broken plastic hinge from the slot of the metal panel.

6. Put new plastic hinge inside the slot of the metal panel (pay attention to put the pins of plastic hinge in proper position in the metal slots).

7. Fix the plastic hinge with the screw.

8. Put the protective foam inside the metal panel.

9. Fix the metal panel to housing of the cooker hood.

In the first step the metal panel must be fixed on the left side by putting pin of the hinge inside the slot of the housing.

In the second step the metal panel must be fixed on the right side by shifting the moving pin of the hinge to the left (1–red) and inserting the pin of the hinge inside the slot of the housing (2-green).

10. Close the metal panel.
