If the hood has damaged or loose components, refer to the suggestions below for step by step instructions.

Discovering damage when unpacking the appliance:

We always recommend that even if you are not using the product for a while or waiting for work to finish where the product is going, we recommend carefully unboxing the appliance to check for damage and re-sealing it up again if you are happy after inspection.

If you have discovered that your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact your dealer immediately for them to resolve this for you.

Discovering damage after installing/using the appliance for the first time:

You should also contact your dealer, in this case, to notify them of the damage.

Requesting a service:

• If possible, state the component concerned when requesting a service by an Authorized Service Center.
