If your cooker hood has damaged, dented, or scratched components, follow the guidance below depending on when the issue was identified.
Damage Found When Unpacking the Appliance
We recommend inspecting your cooker hood as soon as possible after delivery, even if you do not plan to install it immediately.
Carefully unpack the appliance and check for any visible damage. If everything is in good condition, you can safely repackage it until installation.
If you notice any damage at this stage:
- Contact your dealer immediately to report the issue
- Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damage
- Follow the dealer’s instructions for replacement or resolution

Damage Found After Installation or First Use
If the damage is discovered after installation or during first use:
- Contact your dealer to report the issue as soon as possible
