Resolution

An E50, C9 or F9 message indicates that a motor failure has occurred

First, reset the washing machine by:

  1. Disconnecting power at the wall socket or circuit breaker.
  2. Waiting around 1 minute.
  3. Reconnecting power.
  4. Checking whether the issue has been resolved.

If the error code returns after reset, contact an authorized service centre to arrange a repair.
