Before any repair or maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always take care when moving appliances. For heavy appliances it's safest for two persons to move it. Always use safety gloves and safety footwear. Wear safety gloves at all times to protect from cuts from sharp edges.

Only adults should use or install the product.

Before any maintenance operation, turn off water supply to the appliance. Always empty the appliance of all the water. Any maintenance should be carried out with the appliance standing upright. Residual water could damage electronics if the appliance is placed on any of its sides.

Make sure to use the product only for its designated purpose and verify that it is a compatible part for the intended product.

Do not use or install the product if damaged.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly and might void the warranty. Possessing the necessary know-how is essential.

HOW TO REPLACE CONTROL PANEL

1. Open the dishwasher door.
(NOTE: Use only hand tools for this and do not over tighten during reinstall, otherwise you will snap the screw lugs on the control panel.)

2. Unscrew the screws at the top of the inside door panel. Depending on the model there are 5 or 6 screws connecting the control panel to the door.

3. Gently pull down the control panel away from the door to expose the inside of the control panel.

4. Unscrew the 4 screws of the circuit board to release the circuit board from the control panel.

5. Gently unplug the wiring connector (NOTE: Be careful not to damage the wiring connector).
6. Gently unplug the wiring connectors for the push button (NOTE: Be careful not to damage the wiring connectors). Depending on the model some push buttons may have more connectors.

7. Release the push button mechanism by carefully opening the catches on both sides to release the mechanism from the control panel.

8. Carefully use a small flat blade screwdriver to lever out the catch on the push button shaft from the push button mechanism and remove the push button and mechanism. (NOTE: Be careful not to damage the push button mechanism.

9. When assembling, repeat steps in reverse order.
