1. The opening is located on the rear wall inside the cabinet, usually in the middle.
2. If water accumulates at the bottom of the fridge, the fridge's drain hole might be blocked
3. The opening can be cleaned with a special tool included with the appliance
4. Another long and flexible object can also be used for cleaning
