Drawers replacement

Resolution

Before any maintenance operation, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from the socket.

Always take care when moving appliances, for heavy appliances it's necessary two persons to move it.

Always use safety gloves and enclosed footwear.

Please note that self-repair or nonprofessional repair can have safety consequences if not done properly

Drawers replacement

There are different types of drawers, and the description and pictures provide support to identify the drawer and the correspondent replacement process.

Low-temperature compartment drawer

To remove the drawer from a compartment:

1.Pull the drawer out.

Slide drawers

To remove a drawer from a compartment:

1.Pull the drawer out until it stops.

2.Once you reach the end of the runners, lift slightly the front of the drawer and remove it from the appliance.

To put the drawer into a compartment, follow the above steps in reverse order.

Vegetable drawer with rails

To remove the drawer (e.g. for cleaning):

1. Pull out the drawer and lift it up.

2. Push the rails inside the cabinet to avoid damage to the appliance when closing the door.

To reassemble:

1. Pull out the rails.

2. Place the rear part of the drawer (1) on the rails.

3. Keep the front of the drawer (2) lifted up while pushing the drawer in.

4. Press the front part of the drawer downwards.

Pull out the drawer again and check if it is placed correctly on both rear and front hooks.

Extra Zone drawer

To remove the Extra Zone from the fridge cabinet follow the steps below:

1.Pull out the vegetable drawer from the refrigerator.

2.Lift the Extra Zone compartment and pullout the glass cover with humidity control from underneath it.

3.Hold the drawer together with the glass cover of the Extra Zone compartment and pull them towards yourself.

4.Tilt the module downwards to remove it from the refrigerator.

To put the drawer into a compartment, follow the above steps in reverse order.

FreshBox drawer

It is recommended to empty the FreshBox drawer before removing it from the refrigerator.

To remove the drawer:

1.Remove glass shelves above the drawer.

2.Lift up the front of the drawer.

3.Pull the drawer together with the glass cover towards yourself until the left recess (1) matches the front shelf support (2).

4.Rotate the whole drawer about 90°clockwise until you will be able toremove it safely from the fridge.

To put the drawer into a compartment, follow the above steps in reverse order.

ExtraChill drawer

To remove the drawer:

1.Hold the drawer together with the glass cover of the ExtraChill and pull them towards yourself.

2.Tilt the module downwards to remove it from the refrigerator.

To put the drawer into a compartment, follow the above steps in reverse order.
