Resolution
At the end of each cycle, the Filter symbol
appears on the display and you must clean the filter. Clean the filter after each drying cycle.
If the symbol Condenser
flashes on the display, inspect the condenser and its compartment. If it is dirty, clean it. Carry out this check at least once a month.

Cleaning the tumble dryer fluff filters
1. Open the door.
Pull the filter up.
2. Push the hook to open the filter.
3. Use a damp hand to clean both parts of the filter.
4. If necessary, clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner.
Close the filter.
5. If necessary, remove fluff from the filter socket and gasket.
You can use a vacuum cleaner.
Place the filter back inside the filter socket.
6. If the filters are excessively dirty or have limescale, they must be washed under running water or descaled.
After cleaning, you should be able to see through them when you hold them up to the light.
If you are unable to clean the filters, you should replace them.

Cleaning the tumble dryer condenser (for heat pump dryers)
Warning: Do not touch the metal surface with bare hands. Risk of injury. Wear protective gloves. Clean carefully to avoid damaging the metal surface.
Do not operate the tumble dryer when the condenser is blocked with fluff. This could cause damage to the tumble dryer. It also increases energy consumption.
Access to the condenser may vary slightly depending on the dryer model; refer to the user manual supplied with your appliance.

1. Open the door.
Pull the filter up.
2. Open the condenser cover.
3. Turn the lever to unlock the condenser lid.
4. Lower the condenser lid.
5. If necessary, remove the fluff from the condenser and its compartment.
You can use a damp cloth and/or a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment.

6. Close the condenser lid.
7. Turn the lever until it clicks into position.
8. Put the filter back.

1. Open the door, then open the condenser cover.
2. Turn two levers to unlock the condenser lid.
3. Lower the condenser lid.
4. Grasp the handle and pull the condenser out from the bottom compartment.
Move the condenser horizontally to avoid spilling any remaining water.
5. Clean the condenser in a vertical position over a basin.
Rinse through with a hand shower.
7. Put the condenser back inside the bottom compartment.
8. Close the condenser lid.
9. Lock 2 levers until they snap.
10. Close the condenser cover.
