I have made a payment using Klarna but not received a refund

We notify Klarna of your refund request following the successful collection of your appliance
The refund will be processed within the next 5-7 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order. If the store’s return policy does not allow refunds to the original form of payment, for example, they only allow store credit, you are still responsible for your payments to Klarna associated with that purchase.
